Itinerary
Pick-up and Welcome
We drive into the lush foothills of the White Mountains. Our journey begins with a slow, sensory walk through a magical forest to touch, smell, and identify wild herbs.
The Alchemist's Workshop
We arrive at a family-owned herb museum. A local herbalist shares generational secrets as we crush, mix, and bag our own therapeutic mountain teas to take home.
Patsos Gorge
We enter a dramatic, hidden gorge. To truly absorb the landscape, we embark on a guided "noble silence" walk to hear the biophony of nature in its purest form.
The Ascent
Emerging from the gorge, we initiate a strategic decompression phase. We enjoy a relaxed, scenic drive through the mountains, allowing the profound silence to settle into a deep peace.
Dine like the Gods
Following the psychological Peak-End Rule, we arrive at a remote, family-owned mountain tavern. We share a vibrant, zero-km feast of local delicacies and toast to our journey.
Return & Farewell
Relaxed, restored, and carrying the scents of the mountain in your pouch, we drop you off back in Chania.
